Yes. Cassovia City Park Residence includes a free, dedicated parking bay directly in front of the building on Svätoplukova Street. There are no fees and no need to search for street parking.

### How far is the apartment from Košice city centre?

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, and about 10 minutes (roughly 700 metres) from Hlavná Street, the main street and Old Town promenade. Kováčska Street is around 650 metres away, and St. Elisabeth Cathedral and the Singing Fountain are about 600 metres away.

### How far is the apartment from the railway station?

Košice main railway station is approximately 500 metres away — a 6-minute walk. Bus lines 17 and 19 also connect the apartment to the station, with a bus stop just 50 metres from the building (one stop).

### How far is the apartment from Košice Airport?

Yes, on request. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but please ask us before booking so we can approve your pet; a pet fee applies. Košice City Park is right beside the building for walks.

Yes, self check-in is available via a lockbox. You can arrive on your own schedule, day or night — ideal for late flights or train arrivals.

### What is the Wi-Fi speed?

The apartment has Antik fibre internet with 1000 Mbit/s (1 Gbit/s) download and upload speed — sufficient for HD video calls, large file transfers, and presenting. There is also a dedicated workspace with an external monitor and HDMI cable.

### How many guests can the apartment accommodate?

Up to 6 guests: best for 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom a queen bed, and the living room a 140 cm double sofa bed, ideal for children or a couple; there are 2 bathrooms. A baby travel cot is available on request, so a toddler can sleep in the parents’ bedroom. The apartment is 110 m², plus a ~30 m² private roof terrace.

### Is smoking allowed?

Not inside the apartment: this is strictly enforced, with a significant penalty. Smoking is allowed only on the roof terrace or in the courtyard; please be considerate so it doesn’t affect others in the house.

### Is there a washing machine or a dryer?

Yes. The washing machine is in the second bathroom. A tumble dryer is available on request: it’s in the cellar, where we dry the guest linen, and we’re happy to give you access.
