What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book, we receive the details you give us: name, email or phone number, dates, number of guests and your message. For confirmed stays we also process the identity and stay details that Slovak law requires accommodation providers to record, and payment details needed to take payment.
Why and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and arrange your booking (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps before and performance of a contract).
- To meet legal duties such as guest registration, local accommodation tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To send you offers for future stays, only if you agree (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run the booking: our property management and messaging tools, payment providers, telephone network operators when you call or text us, Viber (Viber Media S.à r.l.) if you contact us there, and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking and tax records are kept for the periods required by Slovak law.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, and ask for data portability by contacting us above. You can also complain to the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Ochrana osobných údajov (SK)
Prevádzkovateľom je PITERSON s.r.o., Moldavská 1165/33, 040 11 Košice – mestská časť Západ, IČO: 56051379. Údaje z dopytu (meno, kontakt, termín, počet hostí, správa) spracúvame na vybavenie dopytu a rezervácie (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) GDPR), údaje o pobyte na plnenie zákonných povinností vrátane evidencie hostí a miestnej dane za ubytovanie (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. c) GDPR) a ponuky zasielame len so súhlasom. Údaje neposkytujeme na predaj. Dopyty bez rezervácie vymažeme do 12 mesiacov. Máte právo na prístup, opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie, prenosnosť a namietanie; sťažnosť môžete podať na Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.
